Viburham burkwoodii (No replies)

RE: Viburnum burkwoodii, planted four years ago,

it has flowers each year but they are smaller than expected, the leaves are more yellow than green and the shrub has barely increased in size.  I am disabled now so cannot dig it up to move...  I have read about iron or aluminium deficiency: is there something lacking in the soil that I can sprinkle on or water in, please? I have tried general fertiliser for two years, with no visible improvement.
