There is no reason why you shouldn’t try sowing last years seed but be aware that seed loses it’s viability as it ages, so you may not get such a good crop. If you were really keen on them and you know the variety, then it would be worth buying a fresh packet to ensure a good germination rate. View all parsnips seeds here
