What flowers have you found best for attracting butterflies and bees? apart from Buddleja 🙂
I think Verbena bonariensis is quite popular for attracting butterflies to gardens. Also lavender. The added bonus is that you will be able to enjoy the scent of the lavender too.

I have quite a long garden with a jungle at the bottom so there is some wildlife already but it would be lovely to make it look nicer.
I'll try some of your recommendations, Florexpert!
Herbs are great for attracting butterflies and bees. My thyme and majoram especially are always covered in bees when they are in flower. At the moment my pulmonaria and cowslips have bees buzzing around them.
I'm in the norfolk broads and find pinks attract the swallowtail butterfly which are amazing. I saw at least 4 last year.
In my garden its the grape hyacinths that the bees love, also the flowers of my cotoneaster shrub has the bess buzzing.
