Leeks are fascinating things! Competition growers shave the flowers off of the flower heads to achieve ‘leek grass’, and yet yours have done it naturally! It is worth giving them a go, although it is a little late in the season. Pick some of them out and pot them into 2” pots of multipurpose compost. Keep them moist and wait to see if they root in. if they do then you can plant them out later in the summer. But be warned, there is a risk that they might bolt!
