What is wrong with my primula candelabra? (No replies)

I grew a primula candelabra and started it off in a plant pot in my outhouse where its warm..it grew lovely with lots of pretty flowers so I put it outside it was not looking good where it was so transplanted it to a damper part of the garden but now its dying all the flowers have dropped and the leaves have big black splodges..any advice before i decide to fling it?
