soil for apple tree (No replies)

I am getting a family apple tree to put in a pot I have which is about about 50l. Delivery height is about 80 cm.Is that pot  big enough and I thought of using 50:50 erin potting compost and " home made" from compost bin sifted soil. What do you think and what would you suggest?
