Hello, I am new to this site and am hoping someone can help me please. I am a novice gardener, I have a small greenhouse as I like to grow from seed. I follow instructions how to pot seeds and water them. Then I see the soil is dry, I water and then what looks like mould on top of the pot, I assume I am overwatering, would this affect the seed not to grow? Some of my seeds seem to take a long time before appearing. Any advice please, thanks.
