Pruning Mini Fruit Trees (No replies)

I purchased 5 mini fruit trees from T and M earlier this year, all have grown extremely well following potting on into large pots. 

There are 2 apples, 1 pear, 1 cherry and a plum, I understand the best time to prune them will be winter but I'm unsure of the shape I should be ultimately aiming for, i.e, should they all look like a miniature version of normal size fruit trees? Any advice? Thank you
