Two in my garden. Trawl of hundreds of blue flowers on Internet but none match this with these leaves and unusual flower pods. Flowers most hang down off arching branches, plant is about 1 meter high and similar across. Started flowering in July and assume it's frost hardy as has come out the ground in May after heavy Spring frosts. Looks very unusual, pretty bell shaped flowers with white throat.

Hi, these remind me of chinese lantern plants, although the flowers seem a different colour to the ones in my search, take a look at this web site https://www.vanmeuwen.com/p/chinese-lantern/60049VM

Yours could be a different variety 🙂
