Thinking about giving them a go and wondering how many I'll need

Hi Dahl,

The Sunburst Begonias are definitely tuberous.

So this means you will need less of them as they are quite beefy plants!

Mid February is about the right time to start your tubers with some bottom heat.

The good news is that you should be able to keep your plants year after year 🙂

Just gradually reduce watering to nothing towards October time and store your dry tubers in vermiculite in a frost free place over winter.
