Tried this recipe last night, as I picked another large batch of chillies:240g T&M Cheyenne chillies sliced100g T&M Apache chillies sliced300g caster sugar300ml cider vinegar3 tbspn fish sauceThis was more to make a chilli preserve for cooking with as it’s pretty hot 🙂 you might prefer this one Ryanbeee
