Dicksonia Tree fern problem

I wonder if anyone can help advise me what to do with my Tree Ferns, whose crowns are overcrowding resulting in very little space for the fronds to emerge. Over the last few years the fronds have become smaller and smaller and this year they are struggling to show at all?

Thanks
