Cover up smoking smell

<p>i have recently moved and have noticed our neighbor likes to site in the garden and have a cigarette every now and then.</p>

<p>Unfortunately this smell drifts into our garden sometimes and wondered what is the best flower/srub to cover this smell?</p>
