Blueberries normally fruit from 1, 2 or 3 year old wood and Goji berry plants will also fruit after about 3 years. Check the plants are getting enough sunlight they may tolerate partial shade but will not thrive as they would in full sun. The plants dont actually require much feeding (unless theyre in containers) but would benefit from a high potash feed during the growing season feed blueberries in the spring (you can buy specially formulated feeds for ericaceous, acid-loving plants) and Goji berries in early summer. This will help promote flower production in the plants. If you have no flowers on your blueberry next year I would prune about a third of the oldest stems to the base of the plant to encourage fresh new growth. It is good practice to do this annually during winter.
